The food was really good and very fresh, the wait for eating inside has always been rediculous as they prioritise drive through. I had a salad and was impressed by the quality they could have put a bit more sour cream and cheese on seeing as you pay alot more for these extras plus the guacamole is an extra cost which I didn't get as this pushed the price if the original product through the roof. The margarita i ordered was expensive, weak and didn't fill the cup it came in. Shame it was nearly $30 for a salad and weak drink that took 20 min to arrive otherwise I'd be back as the food and general service was great.

Love, love, love the food. Across the board, the food here is fresh, tasty, and authentic.A couple of times, out of many, the food came out of the kitchen cold, which was a little disappointing, and why I haven't gone five stars across the board. It is, for the most part, a great experience.Went into the restaurant for the first time as we almost exclusively get drive through, and the wait times were a little longer than usual. The drivethru was clearly getting preferrence.The staff were friendly, professional, and busy. Would recommend. 4.5 out of 5.My main feedback - Watch the temp of your food team.

Quality was of a very low standard compared to other franchises I have visited in the chain. Portions were very small especially the kids portions were extremely small and dry, the tomato sauce was put on by my boy so he could swallow it, it was so dry. (Photos supplied is of kids portions)More than double the mete elsewhere. My wife and I think it’s our worst ever takeaway and extremely overpriced for what we received at a cost of $51 for the family fiesta meal at the Warnbro Guzman. It will be the last.

This was our second time at Guzman Y Gomez. The first time we were blown away with the freshness feel of the food and the size for price. Avg about $15 per meal. A reasonable amount. Food is made to order and we have enjoyed it more than other similar eateries. Only issue is when they are busy you are waiting a bit for your food. Staff are friendly and considerate. Definitely going back for a third time when the craving hits me.

If you're dinning in, it's an amazing experience. They offer side condiments and the roasted jalapeno salsa is soo good. Especially on the queso loaded fries and burrito combo.The quesdilla also hits best when you add extra avocado, fresh coriander and sour cream either to it or on the side.Great atmosphere and great customer service.Side note.. I noticed everytime I order via drive thru, I always get more rice and beans in my burrito than meat. Which makes me question the value and pricing of these combos if they're inconsistent with their portioning. Hmmm so many questions.Anyway, if they can master this technique, it would be one of my absolute go toos over KFC lol and that's saying something.

I have had a few meals from GYG Warnbro and have noticed a decline is size since opening. Today a breakfast burrito was so small I was shocked at the size and I had ordered a bacon one with guac and thought it was rather hot on first bite noticed it was a chorizo with only 4 pieces of that , no egg or guac so not even close to what I ordered . Very disappointed today.

I tried ordering a family fiesta at the counter and the lady waited until I was halfway through the order to say I needed to order it through the app. The aircon was so cold we had to sit outside. Very dirty tables full or grease and spills, when we asked if we could have some cleaner to clean it ourselves they said they didn’t know where the cleaning items were, so just to take a sit and they will come and clean it. We waited for over 15 mins for the food. I had to come inside for them to give me the food. We had our food in a dirty table as they never came to clean it. Awful service. Unfortunately the employees have zero interest in giving good customer service. Would not recommend.One of the burrito fillings was spicy chicken and it tasted burnt! The guacamole was getting brown, the guacamole taste was not what I’m used to in other franchises. Definitely something was missing in the guacamole.
